In Texas, there is no defense to a divorce. As a result, the divorce needs to be addressed and handled with sensitivity and respect. I strive to effectively resolve differences between the parties while minimizing emotional distress, especially if children are involved. My goal is to try and take care of both my client and the children, while keeping the best interests of the children at the forefront of the case. I also try to work with opposing counsel to seek a mutual way to resolving the divorce that works for both parties.
